Operational Excellence in the Supply Chain
Operational excellence is the ability to manage value-creation processes in the supply chain and eliminate waste better than the competition - year after year. It’s a common theme found in the best-performing organizations around the world.
This course teaches participants how to effectively manage activities and assets, and edit work flows across the supply chain to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency. Leadership, process and problem-solving are viewed through a new lens - one that transforms complex processes into lean, efficient and progressive outcomes.

Early Registration Discount: 5% off per enrolled registrant registered before September 16, 2013
