How do leaders yield influence or power? This Fisher one-day seminar presents the frameworks of power and personal leadership influence skills in organizations and to allow participants to identify ways to increase their leadership effectiveness.  Even employees in matrix-structured organizations can hone their skills in leadership to achieve better work performance from those they do not directly manage.
