Increasing Managerial Effectiveness: Business Principles for Taking Back Your Time
Increase the personal effectiveness of participants through better communication,
priority setting, planning and organization. This session is behaviorally based
and focuses on personal and interaction habits that negatively impact individuals
and collective effectiveness. This program is a part of Executive Education's Accelerated Certificates in Executive Specializations (ACES).
