Coaching and Mentoring: Developing Talent and Improving Performance
The continuous development of associates at all levels of an organization is crucial for success. The purpose of this session is to expand managers’ capacity to coach and mentor employees by providing skills and tools that reinforce effective performance, re-direct behavior to improve performance and encourage new behavior to support development. This program is a part of Executive Education's Accelerated Certificates in Executive Specializations (ACES).
