The purpose of this session is to teach managers how to prepare for and effectively use delegation skills.  Provide participants with practical tools for increasing their personal leadership effectiveness particularly as it relates to all forms of delegation.  And to increase the personal effectiveness of managers through better priority setting, planning and organization.  This program is a part of Executive Education's Accelerated Certificates in Executive Specializations (ACES).
