Successful communications in business is a necessity to sustaining relationships. Fisher Executive Education offers a Business Communications Certificate for manager-level individuals who want to better convey message to motivate others and better manage their personal leadership effectiveness.

The half-day program (8:00 a.m. - noon) design enables candidates to practice and perfect skills taught in a single module prior to attending the next course. Return to the job and apply learning immediately — a powerful form of Level 3-4 ROI (based on the Kirkpatrick Model).

Cancellations
- More than two weeks before course start date: No Charge
- Two weeks or less before course start date: 100 percent of course fee
Transfers
Participants may transfer their fees to another course one time per registration. No transfers are permitted less than three business days prior to course start date.

- Two weeks to three days before course start date: $100
Substitutions
