Six Sigma Web-based Training
Fisher College of Business has teamed with MoreSteam to provide web-based training as a more flexible and affordable alternative to traditional classroom training methods. A complete suite of instructor-supported online courses is available, including Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Belt Training, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and a variety of short courses.
All course content is delivered on-demand in a multi-media format including audio, audio slide shows, simulated experiments, interactive practice sessions, online quiz modules and virtual discussion with an instructor. Courses can be started or stopped at any time, offering complete scheduling flexibility in a totally self-paced environment.
Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Belt Training
Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Belt offerings provide content-on-demand to offer the highest degree of student flexibility. These courses will prepare you for Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma certifications. You can set your own schedule and progress at your own speed.
All course sessions use a mix of multimedia to present material, including text, synchronized audio slide shows, diagrams, charts, simulations, and audio lectures. Links to outside research resources are provided to explore chosen subjects in greater detail.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
This instructor-supported course covers the complete Lean Six Sigma Black Belt body of knowledge. All of the content is available online, in an on-demand format. The course follows a D-M-A-I-C structure, integrating each phase with the appropriate Lean tools and techniques. This course includes a copy EngineRoom® data analysis software, and contains tutorials and instruction on how to use EngineRoom.
- Numerous case studies and examples focus on Service, Business Process, and Manufacturing applications. Lean enterprise topics include value stream mapping, continuous flow, line balancing, and others.
- Green Belt is NOT a prerequisite.

Charting Process Behavior (SPC)
This course provides the necessary tools to chart and understand process behavior over time. The body of knowledge covered by this course of study is also known as Statistical Process Control (SPC). This course uses the D-C-D-O-V roadmap and is integrated with an innovative simulation-based practice project using the Roller Coaster Tycoon video game. The advanced Design of Experiments module uses Design-Expert software from Stat-Ease, a user-friendly alternative for the design and analysis of experiments (included in the course price).
