Participant Resources

Announcements & Pointers:

1. Accommodations
   
   Teams and advisors will stay at the Blackwell Hotel and Conference Center, located on the Fisher College of Business campus. All guests will need to leave a credit card number at the front desk upon check-in to cover any incidental expenses they may incur. For those who have reserved additional rooms or extended stays beyond their team allotment, payment will be collected directly upon checkout.

 

2. Registration
   
   Team registration is required and will occur on Thursday night upon arrival at the welcome reception in Ohio Stadium. A Fisher student host will greet teams at the Blackwell at 5:00 P.M. and provide a brief campus tour before escorting the team to the Jack Nicklaus Museum.

 

3. Team photos
   
   A photographer will be present to ensure that each school has media photos available from the competition. Photo sessions will take place Saturday morning. Weather permitting, photos will be shot outside in the Fisher quad.

 

4. Fisher network access
   
   Students will have access to Fisher’s networks Friday, April 13 and Saturday, April 14.

 

5. Printing
   
   Teams will have access to the Gerlach Hall computer lab for printing needs.

 

6. Hotel Internet access
   
   Participants are encouraged to bring an Ethernet cable to connect to the Blackwell’s network during their stay. Please note that Blackwell's network is managed independently from Fisher’s network and access to one does not provide access to the other.
