BiographyJason Miller is a second year doctoral student in Logistics with a minor in Quantitative Psychology. He graduated with a BSBA from John Carroll University where he double majored in Business Logistics and Marketing. His research currently focuses on applying generalized latent variable models to examine a variety of logistics and supply chain phenomena. He is currently interested in/working on projects concerning the impact of control mechanisms on firm performance, testing the contingencies relating relationship-specific investments to performance, and examining factors that explain the nonlinear relationship between satisfaction and loyalty behaviors. |
