Biography

Steve DeNunzio serves as Senior Project Manager for Bob Evans Foods, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bob Evans Farms, Inc.  Bob Evans Foods provides a variety of refrigerated and frozen grocery products to retailers in 49 states and Canada.

Before joining Bob Evans in 2011, DeNunzio worked as Project Manager at DSW Inc., a 336 store specialty footwear retail chain headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.  Prior to DSW, he also worked for ITPC, a Columbus consulting firm with diverse clients including R.E. Harrington, Uniglobe Travel, and the United States Department of Defense.
DeNunzio has served as Director of Leadership Training for the Project Management Institute Central Ohio Chapter, and is a member of the American Society for Quality and the American Society for Training and Development.  He has also served in multiple leadership roles in the Boy Scouts of America, and current serves on the Executive Board of the Simon Kenton Council.
DeNunzio holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Purdue University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cincinnati.  He is also a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Biography

Katy Keane, President of Koncatenate, a supply chain consulting practice, brings over 30 years of retail and supply chain experience in three different industries.  Katy has expertise in transportation, DC operations, allocation-forecasting, inventory planning and business process reengineering. She has repeated success in adapting and implementing leading-edge supply chain practices and technology.

Prior to founding Koncatenate, Katy’s most recent executive role was Vice President of Transportation Services at Big Lots Stores.  In this role, Katy led the implementation of numerous supply chain systems, as well as transformation of vendor compliance and supply chain processes.  Prior to Big Lots, Katy was responsible for supply chain, solution design and information technology for Metatec, a 3PL.  In addition, Katy held the role of Director, Demand Planning for Limited Logistics Services where she was responsible for implementing best-practice forecasting and planning methodologies across all 9 Limited Brands.  
Katy also held the role of Vice President, Demand Chain for Borden Foods Corporation, responsible for demand forecasting, inventory and production planning, MRP and customer service.  Katy’s role with Borden also included implementation of ERP systems as well as advanced supply chain planning systems.  Prior to joining Borden Foods, Katy served as Manager for Allocation and Planning at Limited Stores, with increasing responsibility throughout her seven year tenure there.
Earlier in her career, Katy held numerous roles in Merchandising for Federated and Associated Department Goods divisions.  She began her career as an Assistant Buyer with The H.&S. Pogue Company in Cincinnati, Ohio.  
Katy holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with minors in Gerontology and Social Work from Miami University.

Biography

As Director of Information Technology for Exel in Westerville (a global leader in supply chain services), Mr. Kreider is responsible for sector IT leadership for the chemical and industrial sector. He has also been responsible for managing and supporting the implementation of supply chain technology solutions for the consumer, retail, and healthcare sectors at Exel. He has been with various companies in the IT industry since 1989 when he received his BSBA from the Fisher College. He is also a graduate of Fisher College's 1st Executive MBA Class (2002), and he is a Certified Project Management Professional (2004).

Biography

Adrian is responsible for Exel’s Integrated Logistic Design team, which provides supply chain solutions in a broad range of industries where Exel has a presence including: Automotive, Consumer,  Energy, Life Sciences, Retail and Technology.  He manages a team of more than 50  associates working upwards of 500 projects a year requiring solutions across various technical disciplines including warehouse designs (from conventional to automated), transportation optimization, network design, inventory planning, reporting and operations support.   His team supports the lifecycle of a business from upfront consultative engagements to implementation, re-engineering and ultimately renewals.  


As a member of the Exel's Business Development Executive Committee, Adrian has developed marketing and sales strategies, driving innovation through developing business plans for new products and services.  With an active pipeline of projects totaling more than $1Billion in  potential operational revenue  the team has worked with most of non-financial fortune 500 companies over the last few years and supported international engagements in Australia, Brazil, China, Japan, South America and Europe.


Adrian joined Exel in 2001 after working in operations at McDonald’s  Restaurants and  logistics design at Canada's largest grocery retailer Loblaw Companies Limited .  Adrian moved to Columbus, Ohio in 2010 from Canada.  He has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
