During his nine years at Ohio State, Dr. Berry received three Best MBA Instructor awards for his teaching excellence and has been cited in Business Week. His work is published in the leading research journals in his field, and he is the co-author of several books, including Manufacturing Planning and Control Systems.

In 2000, he received the Norman Dudley Award for the best research paper in the International Journal of Production Research in 1999. He is the area editor of the Production and Operations Management Journal and associate editor of the Journal of Operations Management and the International Journal of Production Research.

Dr. Berry is a past president of the Decision Science Institute and the Operations Management Association. He has also been presented with the Distinguished Leadership Award by the Operations Management Association and has taught executive education programs both in the U.S. and overseas.

Dr. Berry has industrial experience with the General Electric Company in manufacturing management and serves as a consultant in manufacturing strategy and manufacturing planning and control to numerous firms. Dr. Berry is listed in the 45th through 55th editions of Who’s Who in America.
