Marc Ankerman, President

Marc Ankerman has been in HR training and education field for over 21 years. Marc is currently a Professor at Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, delivering a variety of professional development courses to MBA students. He is also the faculty advisor for the Professional Development Club at Fisher. Marc is a former Director of Training at Williams-Sonoma, Express (part of Limited Brands Inc.), Michigan National Bank and Galileo International. He has recently been specializing in the multi-unit, multi divisional retail world. With a flair for the creative his background in Mass Communication, Radio, TV and Film coupled with degrees in Instructional Design and Development makes his ideas and solutions come to life.

He is currently President of Ankerman Training Solutions and specializes in employee retention, assimilation and onboarding, creating customized training solutions for his clients. He has designed, developed, and implemented a variety of educational sessions including: call center training and development, sales training, customer service, motivation seminars, time management, supervisory and leadership skills seminars, inclusion & diversity solutions, total quality management, creative problem solving, orientation and onboarding programs.
