BUSMHR 7420 - Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Development

Analyzes mechanisms underlying the creation and destruction of value in M&A by studying issues such as: drivers of M&A, value creation strategies, valuation and integration.
Prereq: Enrollment in MBA, MHRM, MAcc program, or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for 808.
