Position: Tenure Track Faculty in Organizational Behavior
Institution: Fisher College, OSU

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Department of Management and Human Resources, Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State
University, is seeking applicants for a faculty appointment in Organizational Behavior. This will
be a full-time, tenure track appointment, to begin fall semester 2012. Research, teaching, and
service responsibilities required. Competitive salary and teaching load commensurate with other
major research institutions.

Ph.D. (or equivalent) in hand is required. Rank is open, although we have a preference for
someone of advanced rank. A publication record commensurate with experience and pursuit of
interesting research questions are important hiring criteria. A continuing commitment to enhance
our world class Organizational Behavior group implies that applicants will need to be able to
apply the most up-to-date theories and methods to address critical research questions in their
chosen field, with an eye towards publishing this work in the most respected research journals in
Organizational Behavior and related disciplines. In terms of teaching, a world class
Organizational Behavior group implies that faculty will be skilled at translating their own
research and the research of their colleagues to the classroom setting at the undergraduate,
Masters, and/or doctoral levels. The Fisher College is not currently committed to any particular
area of research, theory, or methodological approach but open to applications from any scholar
