Survey of a widevariety of topics
concerning organizational behavior, to develop an understanding of
working in or managing an organization through ananalysis of
individual, group, and system level factors. In addition, students
develop several different types of skills,both interpersonal and
cognitive. Interpersonal skills will involve one-on-one
relationships, being a team member, and being a teamleader.Cognitive
