Benjamin A. Campbell
Benjamin A. Campbell is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management & Human Resources at the Fisher College of Business. Professor Campbell’s research focuses on the attraction, retention and development of human capital in knowledge-critical firms and how human capital strategies impact firm performance. His research has appeared in outlets including Industrial Relations, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, and Journal of Management Studies.
Prof. Campbell has served as an ad hoc reviewer for a variety of organizations including: Industrial Relations, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, Organization Science, and the National Science Foundation. He is currently an elected representative-at-large for the Entrepreneurship Interest Group in the Strategic Management Society and is a member of the Early Career Development Committee of the Sloan Industry Studies Program.
