Biography
Stephanie L. Brewer is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in taxation and financial accounting. Before joining The Ohio State University, she worked for one of Ohio’s largest independent business consulting and public accounting firms, serving clients in a variety of industries. During her career in public accounting, Stephanie was involved in tax compliance and research work in the areas of individual, partnership, corporate and exempt organization tax. She was also involved with business valuations for estate, gift and income tax reporting purposes.
Stephanie is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. She is an active supporter of animal welfare causes in her community.
