The Initiative for Managing Services, (IMS), was created in 2004 to address the increasing importance of service issues in today's business environment. IMS supports faculty and student research on service management issues, organizes training programs for executives from the service industry and ensures that cutting-edge service curriculum is developed for the Fisher College Business.
