Human Resources Executive Scorecard, Dashboard & Briefing Book - HR AnalyticsProblem/Challenge : Our client had an urgent need with new leadership to develop a Human Resources Briefing Book at the Executive and Senior Leader level to help understand where they currently stood from an HR Metrics perspective and support decisions as they transformed their enterprise. The client didn't have a specific requirements, but instead asked "Where do we start?". Our team mobilized quickly and provided a HR Analytic Framework to help look at HR information from a quantitative perspective that integrates with Finance & Operations. This allowed for a fact-based foundation of HR data that could then be merged with qualitative HR insights. Our approach is to refine the business process by using tools such as MS Excel, MS Access to make sure we are using the right business process and adding value before engaging with a more robust technology solution. While this approach can be "klunky" at first with significant manual work, the business process insights gained far outweigh the lost productivity and capital of automating poor business processes. Result : Delivered framework and initial data population for a HR Executive Briefing Book within 6 weeks
