Fostering partnerships among alumni, friends, students, faculty and staff is fundamental to creating a successful Fisher experience. The college's new alumni and friends online community at www.fisheralumni.org helps alumni stay informed about programs, connect with fellow alumni, mentor current students, post available jobs and register for special events.
Fisher's friends form a close-knit community, and they stay connected with the school—and each other—for a lifetime. One indicator of their passion is Buckeye football. Last year's Pre-Game at Fisher events were a tremendous success. Over 5,000 participants enjoyed tailgating at The Blackwell before each home football game with other Fisher alumni, friends and MBA students.
The Peace Corps recently recognized The Ohio State University for being the 14th highest-producing institution of Peace Corps volunteers. Currently, 63 Ohio State alumni are volunteering worldwide in more than 70 countries. Historically, more than 40 Fisher alumni have served in various global projects for the organization.
