Thomas R. Green
Thomas Green is the chairman and CEO of Lancaster Pollard, an investment banking, mortgage banking, financial advisory and asset management firm serving the health care and senior living industries. His experience involves over 20 years of corporate finance, banking and health care in senior management positions.
Prior to joining Lancaster Pollard, Mr. Green served as president and CEO of Firstar Bank Central Ohio, currently a $1.1 billion region of U.S. Bancorp and an executive vice president for Central Benefits Mutual Insurance, a group health insurance company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
Mr. Green currently serves on the board of directors of Max & Erma's Restaurants, Inc. (Nasdaq - MAXE) where he is a member of the compensation committee, the finance committee and a member of the audit committee serving as that committee's "financial expert" as defined by recent Sarbanes-Oxley legislation. Mr. Green is an active member of the OSU Fisher College of Business Dean's Advisory Counsel and has served on several nonprofit boards in the central Ohio area. Mr. Green is a regular speaker on capital market funding methods for health care and senior living.
Mr. Green received his bachelor's degree and master's degree in economics and finance from The Ohio State University.
