Researchers at The Ohio State University and Louisiana State University have prepared the following survey to gauge consumer sentiment of individuals around the country.   The survey is contained in 8 web pages, and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. 

    Each individual should TAKE THE SURVEY ONLY ONCE.
